LEVEL UP - fitness, health and coaching respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Details you share when you book a call or apply for coaching, such as your goals, lifestyle and any health information you choose to tell us

Order details when you buy a product. Card and direct debit payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card or bank details

Basic website data such as pages visited, collected through cookies by our website platform (Wix)

We only share your information with services we use to run the business: Wix (website, forms and email), our payment providers (including DebitSuccess for coaching direct debits), Google Calendar (bookings), Jotform (enquiry form) and Trainerize (coaching app). Some of these may store data outside Australia. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Marketing emails: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
