Using this website

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from LEVEL UP - fitness, health and coaching, ABN 38 560 930 790 ("Level Up", "we", "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Health information, not medical advice. Our content, macro calculator, guides and meal plans are general information only. They don't replace advice from your doctor, dietitian or other health professional. Check with your GP before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, recently postpartum, or have a medical condition, injury or history of disordered eating. You take part at your own risk.

2. Results. Everyone's body is different. Client stories and transformations show real results but aren't a guarantee of yours.

Products and coaching

3. Digital products. When you buy a meal plan book you get a personal licence to use it for yourself and your household. Please don't share, resell, copy or post it publicly. All content remains the property of Level Up.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

5. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

6. Online coaching. Coaching is $95 per week (weekly check-ins), $75 per week (fortnightly check-ins) or $45 per week (nutrition or training only, weekly check-ins). All plans have a 16-week minimum term. After the minimum term, you can cancel with 2 weeks' written notice. Payments for the minimum term aren't refundable if you stop early, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires. Coaching payments are taken by direct debit through DebitSuccess.

Liability and other terms

7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Level Up isn't liable for any injury, loss or damage from using our content, products or services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
