Digital products (meal plan books and guides)
Because our meal plan books are digital downloads you can access straight away, we don't offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase is complete, including for change of mind.
Please check you've chosen the right calorie level before you buy. The macro calculator on the Meal Plans page can help.
If something goes wrong
This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your file is faulty, won't download, or isn't what was described, email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll send a working copy or give you a refund.
Download links and online coaching
Your download link is shown on the thank-you page and sent to your email. It stays active for 30 days. If it expires, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
Coaching plans have a 16-week minimum term. After that, you can cancel any time with 2 weeks' notice. We don't refund coaching weeks already started or the remainder of the minimum term, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires.
